From its historic office building set in 6 acres of rural east Kent, Dover Trussed Roof Company’s dedicated team of Estimators, Designers and Professional Timber Engineers use modern computer design technology to design timber roof and floor structures to meet its customers’ requirements. Their many years of experience enable almost any roof design to be produced, ranging from domestic housing to large commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, hotels and shopping complexes.
Upon receipt of order, Dover Truss will supply design drawings to aid site erection and calculations for the local authority. In addition, they offer a comprehensive after sales service should additional help and advice be required.
The manufacturing facility combines ultra-modern computer-controlled saws with traditional carpentry skills to produce trusses of consistent high quality and of almost any conceivable size and shape.
Dover Truss takes its quality and environmental commitments very seriously. As such we are registered with the BM TRADA Q mark quality assurance scheme, hold Professional Indemnity Insurance for £5 million, and all timber is PEFC Chain of Custody Certified. All trusses and metal web joists are designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant British and European standards including the latest EC5 regulations and the company is an active member of the Trussed Rafter Association.
